Folds of Honor North Texas returns to AT&T Stadium field for Nov. 14 scholarship gala
The annual gala in Arlington raises money for college scholarships for spouses and children of fallen or disabled service members and first responders.

Folds of Honor North Texas will host its annual gala on Saturday, Nov. 14, on the field at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. The evening raises money for educational scholarships for the spouses and children of service members and first responders who were killed or disabled.

Organizers say the need is still bigger than the funding. CW33 reported that Folds of Honor gave out a record number of scholarships this past year, but 8,300 qualified applicants still went unfunded.

"Each year, the North Texas community shows up in an incredible way for the families who have sacrificed so much," Sarah Elliott of Folds of Honor North Texas told CW33. She called this year's gala a chance to "transform gratitude into action." Charlotte Jones, chief brand officer and co-owner of the Dallas Cowboys, spoke about the team's partnership with the organization and its choice to welcome supporters at the stadium.

The organization's event page says the gala brings together military and first responder families, veterans, scholarship recipients, and neighbors from across North Texas. The night runs from 6 to 11:30 p.m. and includes a VIP reception, dinner, an auction, live entertainment, and a special guest appearance. Anyone with questions can email NTXgala@foldsofhonor.org.

The gala has a strong track record. According to Curated Texan, more than 1,500 people attended the chapter's 2024 gala on the stadium field, and it raised more than $3 million for scholarships.
