Inwood Village adds six new tenants, from a women's strength studio to a 30-table restaurant
A fitness studio, a home retailer, three boutiques, and a new East Coast-style restaurant from Bob Sambol are joining the North Dallas shopping center.

Inwood Village, the North Dallas shopping center at Lovers Lane and Inwood Road, is bringing in six new tenants: a fitness studio, a home retailer, three boutiques, and a cozy restaurant inspired by the East Coast.

"As we welcome these new tenants, we're expanding the variety of experiences available to our guests," said Corinne Hoffman, vice president at L&B Realty Advisors, in a release.

The restaurant is Charlie's, from veteran Dallas restaurateur Bob Sambol, who founded Bob's Steak & Chop House, working with Vandelay Companies. It will take over the former Adelmo's Ristorante space at 5450 W. Lovers Lane, Suite 225, and is planned for spring or summer 2027. Charlie's is meant to feel like the East Coast neighborhood dining rooms Sambol knew growing up. It will be small, with about 30 tables, and will serve dinner only. In keeping with that old-school feel, you won't be able to reserve a table online. Reservations will be taken by phone.

Lake Pajamas opens first. The brand was founded in 2014 in Savannah, Georgia, and sells sleepwear, loungewear, and matching family sets. PaperCity reports this will be its first Texas store, with a planned opening on November 6. LiftHer is a women-only studio offering strength training in small groups with personal coaching. Buru, a fashion brand that lists only two other boutiques, in Palm Beach and Charleston, is set to arrive in 2027.

The new arrivals follow earlier additions to the center this year, including PopUp Bagels and Jungle Studio Fitness. Those are signs of continued investment in a shopping district that has served the neighborhood for decades.
